Thank you for shopping at our store. Please read the following refund & return policy carefully before placing your order.

Eligibility for Refund & Return
Our policy lasts 14 calendar days from the day you receive your item.
To be eligible for return or refund:
1. The product must NOT be damaged by human factors: tearing, cutting, puncture, high‑temperature deformation, leakage caused by improper operation are NOT covered for refund or return.
2. This is a handmade fidget toy. Minor differences in size, texture, color, or sequin distribution are normal handcraft features and do not qualify as defective goods for refund.
3. Please keep original sealed packaging when requesting return. Used, heavily soiled products cannot be returned.

 What we DO NOT accept for refund
- Damage caused by violent squeezing, cutting, sharp objects, high‑temperature storage or sun exposure.
- Discomfort caused by personal tactile preference (subjective feel is not a product defect).
- Order beyond 14‑day receiving window.

Defective Items
If you receive factory‑defective goods upon arrival (cracked, leaking when unopened), please contact our support within 48 hours after delivery. You need to provide clear photos or short videos showing the problem.
We will offer options: partial refund, full refund or replacement, according to the actual situation.

3. Attach your order number and visual evidence (photos/videos).
We will reply within 2‑3 business days.

 Shipping fees
- For manufacturer‑defective products: We cover return shipping cost.
- For customer‑initiated non‑defect returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping fee. Original shipping cost is non‑refundable.

Refund processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refund will be processed.
Please allow 5‑10 business days for funds to reflect on your original payment account, depending on bank or payment provider processing speed.

Final note
We reserve the right to review each return case individually.
